Very nice selection of pre owned toys. Not a lot of places in the Chicago area to purchase used. This is the spot to go! It's a little bit out of the way from the CHI but it was worth going out.

I bought my CBR 250 here! The process was really quick and easy. After all the paperwork was finished they helped me load it into my truck. Really laid back place. =)

Flat out can't beat the prices or service. I literally bought a bike at wholesale price and that was their sticker price. It's a great place to purchase and the people are very friendly. They don't hound you either. I still tried to negotiate obviously but they did shut me down. What I thought was cool was instead of just saying "no" they showed me how they got to their price. After showing me cycletrader pricing and seeing that the bike I purchased (12 Road King) was $2000 below average selling price, I had no argument to negotiate lol.

I will never EVER go to this establishment again! Between the insane amount of problems I am having with my motorcycle and even the pathetic way I got it back after it needed to be serviced! I got the stater replaced and they never replaced the gasket, I'm missing bolts, and whatever had to be taken apart wasnt even put back together plus my key was all twisted up after I got it back and it broke my first time using it back!! I will never recommend or ever give them a dime of my business again.

I didn't buy anything, but definitely worth a look-see. I felt very welcomed there. I might be back again.

I purchased my first motorcycle here and I couldn't be more impressed with these guys. For a first time rider I was very confused on what I should be looking for. Right off the bat I was greeted with a friendly hello and shortly after I was approached by Tim. He asked me if there was anything I needed help with and I just told him I'm really new to all of this and just wanted a starter bike. He had to of showed me at least 25 entry level motorcycles. After looking at everything I was leaning towards an 06 Honda Rebel. Tim then talked me out of it and said it's too small and I would be back in a week to trade it in. He then sat me on a few Honda Shadow 600s and 750s. He told me either of those would be a better option because it's something that I can grow into a little bit and wouldn't be too powerful even for a new rider with my build (5'9 170lbs.) I decided on an 02 Honda Shadow 750 Spirit. I liked the look and feel of the bike. It was still really light and I didn't feel squished on it. After I decided that was the bike Tim moved probably 6 motorcycles to get it out and brought it back to service to have them check it out one last time. Looks like they do two inspections here, once when they get it in, and once it goes out. I thought that was pretty awesome. By the time I paid for the bike and did the paperwork the bike was outside waiting for me all cleaned and serviced. Maybe a 30 minute process all together. As we were outside Tim went over the bike with me and put the plate on and I was ready to go. I also got a deal on a jacket, helmet, and gloves because I bought a bike there. I think it was 15% off. Just an awesome overall experience. I can't express that enough. They couldn't have been more patient and honest with me. I love my bike and I will definitely be back there to purchase another one in the future when I'm ready to upgrade. Give these guys a shot, you will not be disappointed.

This place is absolutely fantastic. They appraised my 07 Harley Ultra that I wanted to sell and gave me a very fair price. I went to several dealers and explained to them how I was going to have surgery soon and I needed to get rid of this bike. I went to two dealerships before Monster and got low balled big time. Both dealers had me drive there too! The worst part was they gave me a ballpark number to get me in and chopped me down like crazy. I then decided to send pictures to Tim of the bike and he gave me a rough idea but didn't give me an exact number and said I had to bring it in or they could pick it up. They ended up picking up the bike and he called me the same day and gave me a number. I do admit it was a little lower than I thought the bike was worth but he explained WHY it was worth the number he gave me. No other place gave me detail! After understanding where he was coming from I gave it some thought and decided to sell it to them. This place is extremely straight forward and I respect that. They didn't waste my time and they made it incredibly easy for me. I wish I could ride still because I would choose them ten times over to buy a bike from. Thanks so much guys. I'll be sending business your way!

This place is gigantic! If you're not looking for a new bike, go here! I'm amazed how many bikes they have under $5000. Honestly, it was a little overwhelming. The people here are really nice and don't pressure you at all. Definitely buying a bike here in the future.

I just bought a 2014 GL1800 from Monster Powersports. These guys really impressed me. After the sale was completed they helped load and strap down the bike. What a beautiful selection of inventory. Thanks to everyone who helped me get back to Michigan.

Not sure why the bad reviews. If you don't understand the bike business or anything that has to do with the Sec of States office and you've never bought a car or bike before than I can see why a doc fee would be so upsetting. The thing about that, you cant judge a business on things they have no control over. Whether or not Monster or any other business wants to charge a doc fee, people fortunately need to get paid for processing your purchase whether or not you were serious about the bike or not. They are pretty matter of fact over there which showed me the business is honest. He'd have you walk out without a bike before he'll lose on a bike bc the prices are cheap already. I searched & couldn't find the same Vulcan for the same price in the same condition w/such low miles! So don't be so sensitive people. The company is VERY understanding in comparison to others in the industry so I guess you'll have to take the risk for yourself and check them out. They are a 5 star business!

Best Bike shop around!! If you've ever been in the shop you can see why this is the best, fairest and only place you should shop for a used bike. The owner is always on top of the industry and knows the best pricing for any bike you're interested in. It was a relief to find out that buying a bike was nothing like buying a car. Prices are already dirt cheap! This shop has over 300 used bikes from Harleys, to Arctic Cat snow mobiles and because they are open year round you can sell and buy any toy with a motor your heart desires. Compared to the typical "bike shop" this one stands apart! No comparison! Check the place out and see for yourself

RUDE!

Terrible customer service. Went in to buy a bike I looked at a week ago. Price jumped $500.00 and Eric wouldn't drop it back down even with me paying cash! The answer he gave me was because it's spring!! Will never recommend them! Better Business Bureau rates them with a bif fat F!!

I would say, never deal with t...

I would say, never deal with these people...In my opinion the buyers are extremely rude, insulting, and try to get a better "buy" price by making you feel like you do not even know your own bike. The simple minds at this place also illicit arguements in a feeble attempt at again, gaining a better deal for themselves. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE FOLKS AT MONTER POWERSPORTS, there are many other buyers that are far better in dealing with sellers. I give a NO STAR rating on this business even though I have to put 1 on to get this added!
