Leaving 1 star because 0 isn't an option. Chronologically, there wasn't a clear channel of communication from the start. When the installation was done, there was an enormous mess left behind. Evidently, the installers forgot to leave behind crucial paperwork for a follow up inspection from the city, thus delaying the whole process even more. Then, when opening our pool, I noticed a cracked pipe with black scuff marks from shoes near the installation spot for the solar meter. Water was shooting everywhere! After bringing this to the attention of Rayah, they pretended to care, and under the guise of customer service, sent someone out to take pictures. Lumyr told me "we're already in this, we're not just gonna stick you with this and leave you". 2 days later, he (through phone) told me there was no way someone would have stepped on it, and they weren't going to fix this in any way. They brought in a pool company that looked at it and told me "it could have been stepped on, or it could have broke from freezing". When I told him I filled the lines with antifreeze, they just sort of dismissed the whole thing. Rayah clearly told them not to assume any responsibility and leave.
So now, I'm left with a huge mess from Rayah, a broken pool pipe that I'll have to fix out of pocket, horrible customer service, and a very unprofessional company. Please be sure to check other solar companies before considering Rayah. I have regretted choosing them since day 1. Learn from my mistake. There's a reason they are cheaper than most other companies. Don't trust Lumyr, and don't trust Rayah.
