Tom, Maureen, and Scott: My wife and I stopped this past Wednesday the 31st. Before going in, I told my wife to see if you can notice any differences from this VI to our regular VI in Davenport, IA. As we walked up to the door, Lizzie was there holding the fingerprint free door open with a big smile saying good morning and welcome to Village Inn. Corinne looked at me with a somewhat surprised look, yet I knew exactly what was going to happen. The bathrooms and silverware were both spotless indicating the attention to details. The food and atmosphere was great. Denise was walking the floor to ensure that all of your guests, in the somewhat full restaurant at 9:30 AM, were being taken care of. I introduced myself as I was paying my bill. It's nice to know that true service still exists!
