Best selection of guns in the state. Great prices!

Called for a specific item (Kel-Tec CP33) and he had one! Jerry indicated that supply is very very constrained right now, and he took a chance stocking this one since it's fairly new. I was very happy with the service.

White's Gun Shop is amazing. Very friendly environment. Went there to trade in a pistol and buy a Shield Plus. The owner showed me other options since I had never saw the other guns. He wasn't push at all, very helpful and knowledgabl. Even the other customer in there was super friendly and great to talk to while waiting on paperwork.

I would recommend Whit'es to anybody.

Customer service is horrible. Hours are bad you have to make a appointment to come in. Half the time they don’t answer the phone & if they do answer the phone they are very rude. They dislike minority’s honestly I’ve been thinking that they might be a little prejudice. Wish I would have chose a different shop for a transfer. Go to wicked triggers !!

Super guy's old school ...these guy know what they're taking about and have years of knowledge some of the best people I know and always glad I met them and will and will alway keep them as the best place to learn something new and buy the best guns two thumbs up to one of the best gun shop's in Michigan and the best place to shop this side of the grand river..lol

I have bought numerous firearms from them for over 25 years. They are straight forward, extremely knowledgeable, excellent gunsmiths, and stand behind what they sell - new or used! I travel over an hour to get there while passing numerous other gunshops. Well worth the trip.

However, if you prefer genteel conversation to knowledge, as does Craig B., or are ignorant of what old fashioned honest customer service is, like Jim Trosin, you can go next door to the beauty shop. Maybe you'll find it there. But if you want a fair deal and excellent service, go to White's.

They're a little crude and unprofessional. They can't talk without the F word flying every other sentence. I'll go some where else.

Great little place. Contrary to other reviews here, I found them to be very pleasant, telling jokes to me...a complete stranger and new customer. I brought in a couple guns to have a scope swapped out and another bore sighted. Not the most lucrative work for them, pretty minor and probably more of a nuisance job than anything else, but he didn't hesitate to write me up, told me it would be ready in a couple days (he had a back log of work). The slug gun has never shot better, FINALLY, and the same can be said for the rifle. Could I have done the work myself? Sure maybe...I "tinker" with guns as well....but you know what, for the price of the work? Why not let someone with a lifetime of firearms experience and all the gunsmithing tools to do the work handle it.



It always amazes me when people come into gun stores with this "I know guns" attitude and get offended by the guy on the other side of the counter that actually lives, breaths and OWNS the gun store. I don't care how much you THINK you know, 9.9 times out of 10, the guy working the counter knows more. Swallow your pride a bit, its not a @#*!ing contest. Great little place in my local neighborhood. Don't let the small look fool you, they can order anything you want. I will definitely be going back no hesitation. They will get all my repeat business!

We are lucky to have them. If you are looking for the most pleasant and friendly business owners in town, go somewhere else. If you want to buy a firearm at a good price (without having to drive an hour for the same price), go to White’s. If you are looking to purchase a firearm, at the very least give them a call and ask. I have found their prices range a few dollars (frankly around 50 cents) from the best price I find to a little under a hundred less than other shops / ranges in the area. If you want someone you can trust to clean a firearm, go to White’s. If you want someone who will repair a firearm right the first time, go to White’s.

Buyer beware, if you buy something from these two guys, the Son, who is on a power trip as a know it all or the crotchety old man, the Dad, who calls his customers idiots if they question anything. Good luck if you need any helpful information or need to return something.



Forget customer service at this place, ZERO stars here.

Bought a Glock, AR-15 and a Winchester M-100 from White's within the past year. Had a problem with the 100 after finally getting around to shooting it four months after purchase. Carried it back to have it worked on. Keep in mind that this is a 40 year old used gun. A major part in the gun had broken after only 20 rounds of 308 fired. After examining the gun they gave me a replacement for my gun at no cost to me. This was above and beyond customer satisfaction as the break certainly was not their fault. I will continue to do business with them.
