We have been taking all of our vehicles (3 cars and 1 truck) into this shop for several years now. The employees and owner have been professional and helpful for every single issue we've had. Not only do they fix the issues in a timely manner, they also alert us to potential future problems. Louie or one of the guys will show us what the problem is and explain everything. If they don't have the part to fix it, they shop around to find it at the lowest price. I can't say enough about this shop. I feel that my vehicles are safer for us to drive and we've never felt "taken" by any work done. It's like having a family member who is an auto mechanic!

These people will take your money, beware! I was verbally told it would be $150 to fix my car. He seemed very nice at the time. I leave and quickly realized my car still had the same issues. I read the invoice and see that almost nothing was done to it. I called and complained and he ended up hanging up on me. This made it clear this place is unprofessional and lacks customer service. I bring it back and the guy wasn't so nice anymore. He looked at my car and wanted another $700 to fix it. I basically threw away $150 for them to diagnose it when verbally I was told it was getting fixed. I ended up getting it fixed at another place in Waterford for $200 less. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE

I took my car there for headlights and an oil change. They have me an estimate of $170 and charged me $370!! Two days later my headlight went out. I called them and the owner said he would fix it for the cost of parts but when I got there with my car he wanted another $600 to fix headlights. Headlight!!! After I argued that's not what he said on the phone he told me to get out.

Wish I would have read the YELP review before going here. We only were scammed out of $10 but in a bill of $30 that is 30%.



We went in for an oil change and front end inspection. The swarthy worker there said that oil changes were $20 and he would look at the front end to inspect the mis alignment. When we got back the oil change now cost $25 and $5 was thrown in for tax and tire rotation that we didn't ask for. We argued but but it was obvious that he didn't care. So we will take our business else where in the future.
