When I researched places I found this place. Was ok with the reviews as some were bad others were good. I went in with my daughter and this place is killer. Very honest and price is spot on. Great job one touch.

Love this place

This place is horrible. Dropped off my tablet to be fixed and had to prepay. When I received my tablet after they said it was fixed it was worse then when I dropped it off. The frame was broken, the touch screen did not work and there were scratches everywhere. The owner told me he was going to meet me at the store and he never showed up! What kind of "Owner" does that. This shows me he does not stand behind his work! THIS PLACE IS A FRAUD. DO NOT GO THERE!

After Verizon told me my only option was a new phone & accessories for $189., 2 months before my upgrade time, I went to One Touch. I left the store within a half hour with a working phone for just $30!! Thank you!!

They suck plain and simple. Do not go there unless you stuff broken worse or wait several months and hear nothing but BS and still not have youre problem solved.

I've been coming here since it first opened and every time I do I am never dissapointed. Last time I came I had a laptop completely smashed. I thought all my work info was lost- but Eddie fixed it up and had me leaving in less than 30 min. Thanks guys-

Wow... What a company that truly stands behind their work. I heard from a friend that this place in the mall could fix my broken LCD and do it for a reasonable price. I checked it out the other day while shopping with my wife. This guy fixed my phone in 5 minutes and at 1/2 the price of other places I've been. Can't wait to check out the new store! Eddie! I have 3 tablets that need fixing!! COMING!!

I have broken the glass or damaged my iPhone and iPad more times than I care and one touch is always there have me in and out same day my last time I was there the owner who is s very hard worker man as I watched him and his workers do phone after phone after phone and seen a lot of happy people walk out my last time I had to have new glass put on cause he didn't carge mr he said I've been there and was agood customer so this one repair he'll take lost I recamend to all you smart phone users out the have a problem go to one touch your never go and where else

Brought my entire Science class' laptops to One Touch to have them scanned for viruses and a few screen replacements. Amazing job by Eddie and his team- I'll be coming back any time I need something done!
