Called Ed to look at a cracked glass stove top and paid $95 service call fee (which he said would come off the bill should we have them do the work). He said that he could do it the next week, so we set an installation date. I check with him 3 days before our appointment to make sure we were on schedule and he assured me we were. The day comes and no Ed, no call, no reply to messages left. After talking to some techs who know of him it turns out all he does is take the $95. Total scam artist stay away!
