First off let me say, DO NOT GO HERE!



I had an oil leak in my Audi A6 Supercharged so I take it to my local mechanic in Irving. He diagnoses the problem and says whoever changed my oil last, tightened my drain plug too tight into my oil pan resulting in the oil pan being ruined.



So I take it back to Kwik Kar, (the last people that changed my oil) and the experience was not good at all. They say they cant find a problem anywhere on the oil pan.

I let my local mechanic try and tell him what the problem was and he changes his story 3 different times. So the owner of Kwik Kar, Jordan Christian Mosley, tells me to come to the shop to look at my car so he can "identify" my problem. I show up to Watauga at 8:15 and I could instantly tell this wasn't going to go well. Jordan takes me to the back of the shop where my car is lifted up and he tries to show me a bunch of stuff where he says the problem was. I get my mechanic on the phone and put it on speakerphone and Jordan was a total d*ck. He started being rude to my mechanic and asking about their credibility and what not. I then hung up with my mechanic and Jordan started shouting saying this wasn't their fault when there was a clear leak in my oil pan where the drain plug was. Let me remind you that my car sits very low to the ground so it has to be lifted in order to change the oil. Their sticker was still in my window and he still denied it! I called him out on their work and he told me to get the f*ck out of his shop and he tossed my shield guard (underbody cover) out into his parking lot. He also told me he wasn't fixing my f*cking car.



So I took it back to my local mechanic to fix. Thanks to Jordan Mosley, I am out $900 because he is a lying, cheating thief who has no mechanical experience what-so-ever!



Being the nice guy my mechanic is, he is going to give me a discount for the hell I have had to put up with.



Again, thank you Jordan for being the person that nobody likes to deal with.



If you are thinking about service here, you might want to think again!
