i have a phone from here with the problem of shutting itself off in my pocket many times a day, when i took it in there to get the problem solved they told me that they cant do anything unless the problem happens 3-5 times in front of them.. i have missed important calls due to this problem and they would not even replace it with the excate same phone.. shutting my service off and going to net 10 or somewhere i can get a phone THAT WORKS!!! way to lose out on the almost 10,000$ a year i pay for the bill...
