We are very disappointed in these jokers. They took a 25% deposit for our $5,000 paving job, but did not come out on the day they promised. They claimed they were "too backed up" from bad weather and had to take care of other jobs. They promised to come out the next day and do everything (prep and paving) because they have 2 crews and can handle it. We said OK.
Well........they called that morning and said they would need to push us out, yet again! No apologies, just "we can't control the weather and we have other jobs we have to get to today". I told them to give me a refund and I'd take my business elsewhere.
So if you don't want to be put off because of more important customers, save yourself the stress and call Hicks Paving. They are reliable.

I just had my driveway done last week. It was a rather large job 5200 square feet. Everyone I dealt with at the company was friendly and the work was exceptional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for paving work. The price was extremely fair and they were able to start my project within 48hrs of when I gave them the go ahead to do the project!

We just had our driveway done, and it looks fine, but the customer service is HORRIBLE. No one answers the phone, they didn't show up when they said they would, the gentleman who actually paved the driveway was extremely rude. I would not recommend working with them.

Don't hire--after 6 months driveway is coming apart. C Hicks stopped by and blamed ME for it. I don't know how I cracked driveway by driving on in.
