I like this place they have some of the best sandwiches.. very clean inside and all the employees are very nice!! very fast service also. nice nice.. :)

I've been to several Panera Bread restaurants all around the St. Louis area.. Imagine my excitement that one was opening only 9 miles away!! Well, that excitement turned to disappointment after eating at this new franchise.. (Terribly hard bread, almost too tough to chew).. I made my complaints known on the website, naming this location and never received even a confirmation from them.. However, I am the type of person that is always willing to give anyone a second chance, so we ventured to this location another time.. Same result.. I can't believe that any business that prides themselves in their bread to allow this poor quality.. And, my 24 year old daughter, who has also eaten at several Panera Bread franchises, decided to go there with her fiance`, despite my warnings.. She too, had the same experience as my wife and I did. She now agrees with me.. Rather than drive only 9 miles to the restaurant closest to us, we will travel further to get better quality.. I'd rate this Panera Bread in Washington, Mo. with 1 star, at best..
