HCC just converted our natural fireplace to gas & we couldn't be happier with their service! We scheduled the job several months in advance - & good thing we did since they book up quickly.

We had HCC come to our home in May for an estimate. When they came to do the job (4 mos. later), they charged us exactly TO THE PENNY of the original estimate. I was impressed they didn't tack on any additional fees, like many companies seem to do.

I also learned the parts they needed hadn't been delivered on time. Instead of postponing our job & waiting for the parts to come in, the owner drove to Grand Rapids the day before to get the parts needed. Now that's service!

The team was professional, friendly, & did beautiful work. We searched around for a while & had several companies estimate this job. As soon as we met HCC, we knew we were going with them & they did not disappoint.

Thank you, HCC, for doing great work! I will highly recommend you to anyone looking for fireplace/chimney work. :)

Home Care Chimney came out and did a chimney sweep and thorough cleaning of the fireplace. They arrived on time, were done quickly and were very friendly. They told me straight up that I needed to follow a list of guidelines to keep my home safe from fires and toxic ventilation. I've always had a company come out do do my chimney cleaning and I was most satisfied with Home Care Chimney.
