Very disappointed in Jumping Jax. Today is my third time here and the third time I have been unable to connect to their alleged free Wi-Fi, which they advertise on their website and on a sign in their window. All three times the staff has told me that their internet is hit and miss which just a isn't true. The girl behind the counter just shrugged her shoulders and was frankly, quite rude. It's definitely well worth the extra twenty minute drive to go to monkey Joe's. We won't be coming back here.

Small, but nice for a hour or 2 of letting the kids blow off steam. Be careful though as they are not open all the time when their website says they are. We took my son for his birthday, and the person working informed me that they usually closed earlier than their website (6 pm vs. 7 pm). So we ended up not going in (got there around 5:30) and dealing with a disappointed kid. Next time, we will be driving the extra 20 min to Monkey Joes for the sure thing.
