BE CAREFUL. We did business with them two years. In 2014 they were not friendly and rude but we didn't mind because they were able to deliver what we needed. We came back for an order of 50+ plates for trophies this year. We sent a word document that had the list that was checked many times and all they had to do is print the plates.

1) They charged extra because they said they needed to get the trophies in and out of the boxes (we provided the trophies). We approved the extra charge.

2) We requested Black plates with golden letters. They delivered a different kind of plates

3) 25+ of the plates had mistakes. (We are still checking the errors). These was an order that was made last minute. We literally picked up the trophies and drove to the award ceremony.

4) When we called them to discuss this they said "you should have checked before picking them up". This was when we spoke to a lady that works there.

5) I just talked to a gentleman and he said the same thing and then hung up on me. I called again and said "there is nothing I can do, I am ending the call!"



We will seek legal advice on how to proceed. This has damaged not only the company but the prestige of the award ceremony we organize. It is a very serious event that we do and I highly recommend that you don't give your business to people that have no idea how to deal with a situation where they are entirely at fault.
