Excellent job moving from CA to DC. Very professional and courteous in handling expensive artwork. Appreciated knowing in advance and the accuracy of all costs.

we moved with BR moving services and the move went well.
other than a broken leg from our coffee table everything was excellent and the guys were very friendly.
in our contract, they were supposed to pay us 60 cents a pound but they mailed us a check for 100 dollars which was very unexpected.

From the beginning of move the customer service was great and the estimate was what the salesman said and the Movers were professional and curious.
They arrived just 10 mins early which was okay, 4 guys plus 1 in the truck, They started packing right away.
Smoothly completed the task within the allotted time and without any damages.
Thank you for making our move so easy.

2 dining room chairs were damaged and artwork glass was shattered in the move. While Ron attempted to get the items fixed, it is clear that one chair needs to be replaced. Meanwhile, the other two items have been with Ron for more than two months, and despite numerous attempts to learn the status, I can't get anyone on the phone. Once, Ron called to say he would be delivering the items; we waited all day to have no one show up. When I was able to get his brother on the phone, he was incredibly rude and unable to answer any questions. I informed him I expected better answers nearly three months after my move and I believed he was lying to me. His response was to hang up the phone. I have since scoured the website looking for a claims form and a process for submitting. I understand things break in a big move, but I expect it to be addressed swiftly, professionally, and apologetically. This has been the farthest from our experience with BR Movers.

They told me all the charges up front how long it would take. Basically took good care of me. The move was completely stress free! They were professional, on-time, fast, friendly, and accommodating Their rates are excellent and they charge for door-to-door time only. There are no hidden gas, mileage, or double-driving charges.

Top company! If you need a moving company I would suggest you definitely should consider these guys They have done a great job. Price was very reasonable, packing and moving services were excellent. They offered extra assistance while unpacking and setting up our stuff and treated my valuables with great respect. It was worth using Br Movers. really great workers and extremely respectful and helpful with the entire process. excellent job!

I had to move some furniture from my apartment in MD to my small mountain house upstate DC. The company helped me do it and it was done really fast three days only. they arrived when they said they would at delivery. I paid less then expected at delivery. movers really took their time unloading and putting my things where they belonged. they did a great job!
