They really make you feel like family. I'm so happy I found a good doctor that is also close to my job. I have been several times since they opened and really can't think of anything to complain about. :-) Highly recommend

I'd say definitely check them out. I moved here from KY 2 months ago and was recommended by co-workers. By far, I have to say that this has to be the most personable medical staff I have ever met. The doctor or nurse practitioner I usually see (can't remember what she is) is friendly, professional and down the earth. The rest of the staff seem cool as well... I feel pretty comfortable talking to them about anything.



Cons: The parking sucks. Luckily, my office is 1 block away, but it would be a pain to drive to if I came from home. The metro blue line is on the same block apparently but I don't use metro.



They do take walk-ins, but sometimes you may have to wait if you don't already have an appointment if it's busy. I def wouldn't go there if I had an emergency. I think it's family owned- I have never seen more than 2 doctors there at a time.



Pricewise- I guess it's average...I've only had to pay my co-pay so far. My insurance has covered everything else.

DO NOT GO HERE, seriously. They make you pay more by not listening to your needs and priorities. Horrible staffs -- they simply ignore your requests when you press them to answer critical questions and admit their negligence. Even though they advertise themselves as specializing in preventive care, they do not know well about the Affordable Care Act, order exams that are not covered under the Act, and make you pay for them.
