Sold me a 2004 Jeep grand Cherokee Laredo full-time four wheel drive. we agreed to an alignment, a mirror needed to be replaced, a window needed to be fixed and a fog light was out. He replaced the mirror and made the window roll down. After I left the lot he dodged my calls. Never did the alignment and never replaced the fog light. Then I find out while replacing my "new" warped brake rotors, that I have a full time 4 wheel drive jeep with no front drive shaft. He stated that I was crazy for being mad, refused to make it right and blocked my phone number. I am contacting a lawyer, the inspections licensing board, the Better Business Bureau and the bank that my loan is through. I would advise anyone not to deal with this scam artist.

I bought a car with a good price and I'm very satisfied.I understand that it's a used car but they took a good care of it, when I come back for oil change they always help me out,they are very nice people who cares about their customer's needs and how to make us feel comfortable and satisfied.it's a family business and they treated us very well. i highly recommend this place for good cars and service...

My husband and I purchased from them,2006 Nissan Maxima in august 2014 and 2002 Ford explorer in February 2015.when I purchased my Nissan Maxima from them they checked it out before I took it, I received it clean and in a good condition. They offered me the first oil change for free. I drove this car for 7 months without complaining.
despite all the bad reviews I had a good experience with them and didn't had any problem with my car; that made us come back again to purchase another one
a 2002 Ford explorer with a good price.
but in this time, Jacob (the owner) made us wait for 2 days to check it for safety inspection to make sure everything will be in good terms.
we received the explorer nice, clean and full up with the gas.
we have been well treated all this time.
I highly recommend this place.

Walked in after a day full of let downs and my mood instantly changed. The owner was very professional and kind, not pushy in the least , and I ended up getting a great deal without the hassle of haggling. I told him what I had and he worked with me right away. It was a good experience with this dealer, i went over there the place was clean and busy they helped me directly, i asked about many cars and i took it for a test drive,i had a little things to be done on the car they give a proper paper for repair shop to write down everything i need to be done.i went to the repair shop to check my car Georges the owner there take a good care of my vehicle,he was very nice and i took the car in the same day nice and clean .they didnt charge me nothing plus they offered me the first oil change for free and they fill it up with gas. i purchased my car with a Good price. i highly recommend Sandy Lane Auto if anyone wants to deal with professional place.
