This is the most unprofessional towing service I have ever dealt with; from the owner Jimmy down to the drivers. The owner of this establishment likes to nickel and dime customers and lie about their ETA.

Sometime around 8pm on Sunday night, Nation Safe Drivers (behalf of insurance company) sent this company a second request about picking up a vehicle for me. The vehicle was not picked up and delivered until after 10am the following day. Jimmy claimed he did not get the second order until this morning. What happened to being open 24 hours???!!!!

After dispatch informed me of my liability after insurance, Jimmy had the audacity to call me after the fact asking for more money. I was later informed by dispatch (after Aaron delivered the vehicle) that Jimmy should have never called me to change the amount or mileage. He should have contacted dispatch about any changes. After I called Jimmy out on this, he hung up the phone. I'm going to make sure all consumers know what type of establishment this man is operating. He is not an honorable businessman at all. The is not a reputable business and I'm so glad that Nation Safe Drivers is deciding to remove this establishment from their system.

There's more I would like to share, but don't want to air it all on this one platform. I prefer to do that on social media and with the Better Business Bureau.
