You've been warned - find another Kia Dealer to buy from and more importantly, get your KIA serviced!



Gateway Kia Warrington's service department is in complete chaos, which may be because of the utter incompetence of the Service management OR the Technicians being clueless on how to fix their own vehicles.



Short version of events AFTER our vehicle was there for 2 WEEKS with no update on status...



"Good thing you called 'cause the part just (now) got here."



Apparently the warehouse workers at the parts warehouse not only do not know how to pull the correct part number but they also FUDGED the paperwork so the part number, packing slip and invoice all matched.



Appears to be a conspiracy undertaken by the international Kia parts warehouse to unscrupulously undermine this one dealership.



STAY AWAY from this place!

I purchased 2 vehicles from gateway Kia (Ed Bussinger, principal) in the last 30 days. First one was smooth sailing, the second one was disastrous. The day after I bought. It, I started having intermittent electrical issues and I took the car back requesting a different vehicle. The vehicle had 62 miles on it. They wouldn't even broach the subject, they told me to let them fix the problem, and being an auto business professional. For 40 years I told them that intermittent electrical issues can become a chronic issue and frankly I didn't want to have to deal with it. I even suggested upgrading to a more expensive model, just to escape the possible nightmare of electrical issues. The kind service mgr, did his best to try and appease me after acknowledging the problems, seeing them for himself. The next day the car was dead and I gave it a boost with a jump box and all the issues Seemed to disappear, for at least the time being.

I was told that probably the battery had a low state of charge which could lead to all kinds of erratic problems, and that everything seemed fine now that the computer had been reset by my hot box boost.

Well....no such luck. Now 13 days old, I came home from a trip to the airport 70 miles from my home only to have a repeat performance only this time, a boost wouldn't have any effect. I called KIA Road service, and they advised me they would only tow me 9 miles to the nearest KIA DEALER.....of course closed on Sunday. Bottom line, I laid out $270 out of pocket dollars. To get towed back (70 miles) to my home.

Tomorrow, I am planning on getting it down to my local dealer (gateway Warrington) prepared to go to battle again. I feel I got the dirty end of the stick here. They have to step up here or ....

Great guys to work with. They answered all my questions and concerns,didn't feel pressure into buying and worked for you to get that great deal.

I just bought my 5th Kia from Gateway. The salesman was excellent! I test drove five cars before I found the right one for me. I find Gateway to be very professional and very friendly. The cars and SUV's are well built and you can't beat the warranty. I would highly recommend Gateway Kia and would buy here again. Also, the sales manager Alec runs a very good dealership!

My experience at the KIA dealership in Warrington, PA was pleasant. From the time I walked through the door of the dealership until the time I left with my new car I felt very comfortable with the whole experience. Your staff should be commended for their friendliness, mannerism, knowledge and their expertise. John Burns was nothing more than a gentleman, caring and understanding of my needs and concerns in purchasing a new vehicle. He worked with me to complete this task and I left the dealership very happy.

Purchasing a vehicle is an extremely stressful experience. I have purchased many vehicles, three of which have been purchased from this very dealership. This has been my best experience to date. Lorenzo made this process enjoyable. He is extremely knowledgeable and answered all questions. He was extremely polite, pleasant, and patient! Guiding my wife and me through this difficult process, I will be referring friends and family to Lorenzo at your dealership and will not be buying any vehicles from anyone other than him. Also, another reason for us continually returning to your dealer is the exceptional service we receive in your service department. Scott and Tim have been extremely good to us and we. Would never trust our vehicles with any one other!

I always get prompt, courteous, and professional service with KIA's team in Warrington. There service department is second to none. I highly recommend KIA's and in particular the Warrington site!
