I am going to have to agree with the first user, except I did have an awesome female instructor. That is the only reason I am giving two stars. I found the office staff very incompetent, rude, and unhelpful. They gave me this little book when I know I am suppose to get a course book. Then I had to wait a little more than a month for my card. I have taken two classes with this company, the first with a female instructor at Doylestown Hospital. She was so wonderful, I had the company where I worked at bring them in. The owner and the other staff member with him was awful. None of them could teach and they were arrogant. Never again! These CPR companies are a dime a dozen, you just have to look. Trust me, save yourself your time and money. Find another place!!

I have used CPR Heart Starters training twice, once at Doylestown Hospital, when I received an actual American Heart Healthcare Book, two and a half years ago, and then more recently with my company who brought in CPR Heart Starters to do a private class for 10 employees.

Now my class at the Hospital was NOT taught by the owner, because the instructor was a very helpful female Instructor, but I have had the pleasure of meeting the owner very recently when he, himself came out to teach our private class. Very professional, Intelligent, impressive and humorous. I wasnt falling asleep in his class!

I have priced classes all over the area, and they are priced up to $120.00 from what I have found, I paid half that much!

Well to put it in a nut shell, I have taken CPR certs for 16 years, and this last class I was in was the most fun and informing one yet!

Great Company, Great Instructors, great prices!

If you are looking to get certified in CPR, First Aid and other safety classes, there are so many other companies out there that do a much better job. This company will charge you a lot of money for nothing. You will not get a book or you will get a small pamphlet book instead of the normal course book, your cards will take a month or possible more to come in and the owner himself is incompetent. Trust me go somewhere else! They think they know everything, and they teach the wrong stuff. The owner is so prideful, yet he cannot even teach. I am not writing this to obtain anyone’s business, I do not even own my own company or anything; I just do not want people to be ripped off by this company. Also this company does the classes at Doylestown Hospital so a word of advice, stay clear and do not take any of their classes!
