People please do not buy from this company!!!! The customer service is horrible we had a fence put in and less then 1 yr it selltled and when my husband ask them to fix it they said 700.00! They never took the time to cement the posts in when they first installed the fence the owner then cane out and realized they made a mistake but refused to help us out!! See for yourself then you decide!! Please do not waste your money!!

... seriously wish I'd researched this business before placing ink on paper or fund in their pocket, and I understand now why so many seek foreign services rather than American. Looks like integrity has been bred out of the majority of US businesses.



Two weeks & a day prior to leaving this review I spoke with a very polite, professional woman who assured me that a, "technician" would be in contact with me. And that is where the professionalism ended, as she shared that the damage I described was, "probably due to high winds"... yet the salesman (who sold me this bill of sales) stated that the materials installed were, "tested against hurricane force winds in Florida"!



So yesterday was Monday (keep in mind, 2 wks. later) and yet another woman informed me that a salesman (... a salesman?) would would be in contact with me within the hour.



It's Tuesday. No one from their organization has contacted me.



The moral to this story is, apparently from the mixed reviews found here, it's a crap shoot when dealing with County Line Fencing. A few of you came out satisfied.



The majority of customers get $#!+ upon.

Had a split rail fence installed at my home this summer. Looks great and adds value to my home. The installation process was smooth and fast. All the people involved were very professional including the inside people and the salesman Marco. I would recommand this company to do business with.

Received a fence from County Line Fence that was made with green lumber and within a month it bowed and buckled. County Line Fence would not talk to us nor return our telephone calls. We would NEVER recommend this company and this is the first time we have ever wrote a review on a company.
