My family was involved in a car accident and they went to the hospital the car was not drivable and totaled state farm told us to go to hertz Rent-A-Car . I had rent a car insurance on my policy for $25 a day they gave me a small compact car they told me that State Farm would cover everything and they asked me if I wanted their insurance I said as long as Statefarm was paying for it and it did not go over $25 a day that's fine I never rented a car before and ask them what they thought the guy never said that insurance policy was an additional $19 a day and State Farm would not pay for it we had the car for two weeks so when I drop the car off they told me that I owe them $383 so I told them that is not right they would not refund the money and I started getting upset and send a couple bad words and he told me to leave so I got taken by a employee at Hertz rent a car in warren I talked to state farm about it and they call that hertz would not do anything about it they said that they would take off 250 bucks which means I still owe them $133 so watch out if this happens to you it is a scam and I hope somebody can do something about it
