Had our wedding there a week ago. Speakers blew out halfway through the ceremony and did not work for the remainder of the ceremony. They basically forced Mary to walk in front of the crowd with no music as they didn't want it to appear like anything was wrong. However, it was already too late. The only memory that anyone now has of our wedding day is they thought that my wife was running from her own wedding because of the long silence and how long it took her to come out. They apologized and told us to call the next week. They called and left a message while we were on our honeymoon. When I returned their call , they denied anyone calling us. Further, they apologized for the problem but simply offered condolences and did nothing to compensate us for the disaster since 'the contract states they are not liable for anything outside their control.' So why would they tell us to call them and discuss 'what they could do for us' on the wedding day? Very unimpressed and unprofessional.

We just had our Wedding here September 22nd 2012 and it couldn't have gone any better. The place is beautiful inside and out and we experienced great service from the day we toured the chapel right on through our wedding day. Like a previous reviewer, I thought the price was a bit high for the platinum package, but after the wedding went off without a hitch, I believe it was worth every penny. Also when compared to other chapels in the area, the pricing wasn't that far off and I believe it was much nicer than some other places. Our music was played in the proper order and at a perfect volume, the officiant was very nice and did a great job. The pictures we have so far have turned out great. It was just a great overall experience for my wife and I and we both will recommend to anyone looking for a picture perfect chapel to get married in.

I had my wedding here June 2009, and this place is immaculate and beautiful. The ceremony was fine but could've been alot better. The reason why I gave this chapel 3 stars is simply because we didn't get our money's worth. This is due to poor customer service. We paid for the top package (Platinum), and got mediocre service. The wedding coordinators were useless. I guess we just paid for the ambiance. :-(
