Provider failed to "provide" enough material (weed screen) to complete nearly 1/2 the job. Failed to advise us that he didn't bring enough supplies until WE called and asked why there were hundreds of weeds growing in our newly mulched flower/tree beds. Has ignored multiple calls and texts to correct the issue. On June 28, Gordon (alleged owner) promised that he would personally re-do the job over the 7/4 weekend-naturally, he failed to show up or even contact us to advise that he wouldn't be working on our yard.

So here we are - fourteen days from when he was paid in full and the job is still incomplete. We have two yard beds full of growing weeds and yet, the provider has been paid in full. At this point, with no guarantees from the provider that the job will be completed as contracted, we have no choice but to pursue litigation against the company for restitution as all attempts to handle this matter outside of legal means have been unsuccessful.

Great service! Fast and friendly! I set up an appointment for my free estimate. They gave me a great quote and went ahead with the work. I had bushes trimmed, a spring clean up and weekly lawn care. Very impressed.

This person rushed to my house when I mentioned I wanted to get the mulch redone. $600 was the estimate given. When I mentioned that we would wait till spring, I offered him the job of cutting my grass the next day, but he never showed up or return my phone call. I'll have a real professional complete the project when ready. I despise poor customer service. Would NOT recommend.

Terrible. Knowingly overcharged me in cash, then agreed to return the money in a text message when I caught the mistake. I still hadn't gotten the refund 26 days later, so I contacted Gordon again, and he apologized and told me he would have it in my mailbox the next day. He never left the refund and refused to answer my text messages after that.



The work itself was also sub par: hacked at my plants, cutting live parts and leaving dead heads, put down the thinnest layer of mulch I've ever seen, and provided no invoice. NOT RECOMMENDED.
