If I could give less than a one I would. I signed my contract with Randy over a year before my wedding. I was told that he would be my photographer the day of the wedding. The day of my wedding some random lady shows up and says Randy can't make it. I spoke with him the day before and he said "see you tomorrow". This girl obviously had no idea what she was doing as she kept asking me what shots to take. After the ceremony the chapel has beautiful grounds which is one of the reasons I picked this location for our ceremony. She didn't move us around and all of our pictures are literally in two different spots and there is a house in the background. She didn't tell me hair was messed up, that my necklace wasn't straight and she missed pictures. She didn't even get a picture of my ring bear and flower girls walking down the isle. There are NO pictures of any of my guests dancing and enjoying the night. She left as soon as the bouquet and garter toss happened. My husband and I didn't even get pictures of our rings!! This has been a horrible experience that I cried over since I obviously cannot re-due my wedding day. When I called to tell Randy who disappointed I was in my pictures I didn't even get a sorry. He acted like oh well, I have my money already deal with it. Please, please, please take my advice and run fast and far from this rip off!!! I got better pictures from some of my wedding guests. It's one thing if he couldn't make it but to send a photographer who is obviously inexperienced and has probably never even shot a wedding in just paid customer service and it shows RANDY LAROCHE really only cares about money and not the satisfaction of his customers!!!!!

I wish the was an option for ZERO!!! We booked our ceremony at The White House Chapel and was advised to speak to the in house Photographer LaRoche Photography, we did and placed a deposit our ceremony had to be rescheduled due to an unexpected death in our immediate family. The Chapel was more than accommodating and worked with us to rescheduled. However, the same cannot be said for LaRoche! He demanded more money! Brushed us off on another photographer, was very rude could care less about our situation! Again the Chapel Coordinators are great, looking forward to renewing our vows in May! I STRONGLY ADVISE USING OUTSIDE VENDORS FOR PHOTOGRAPHY!!! The Owner is not in the Business of Customer Service!!!

Before I state my complaints, I would first like to address that this chapel is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! However the overall experience and the service was unsatisfactory. My wedding was on June 6, and my husband and I paid for the Platinum package, which is the top and most expensive package. For the rehearsal, there was a power outage that effected the entire area around the chapel and the chapel itself, which disrupted our rehearsal time. I realize that it was uncontrollable, therefore we did not receive a THOROUGH run down of the ceremony with music..etc. The chapel could have provided a longer period of time for us to rehearse, or could have somehow accomodated us. You would think paying over $900 should constitute a well serviced ceremony and fair rehearsal, but my husband and I did NOT feel that we got our money's worth.



I was suppose to receive 2-3 coordinators for my wedding...I only remember and met only ONE, therefore it was very unorganized. As far as me and my husband are concerned, the only thing the coordinator did was open and close the chapel doors at the designated contracted time, and lit the candles. Most importantly, the MUSIC WAS TOO LOW! I provided my own CD with specific songs to have for certain times of the ceremony. Music is the MOST important part of the ceremony, and if no one can hear it?? I specified which songs I wanted played (especially after the kiss) and heard nothing. The only music I heard (that was still low) was in the brides room, which allowed me to figure out (on my own) when to come out. I could've hired my own personal coordinator or wedding director that would've done a better job and would've made my money's worth.



My wedding ceremony could've been a GREATER one, if the coordinator would've been a little more personable in making this day a memorable one. The only great thing was seeing family and friends.



Overall, if you are looking for an elegant place for a wedding, this is a great choice, however the service and experience was unsatisfactory. That is why I rate it as "Fair", but to be truthful I believe customer service and doing good business is very important in making any customer happy and this chapel did not meet our approval satisfactory.
