I came here to be seen by a doctor for flu symptoms for myself and my family. The doctor Dr. Ali Jaber was extremely short in his answers which caused me to say "based in this poorly conducted exam I will find myself going to another urgent care just to have my questions answered". His response was "that's fine" and proceeded to walk out, while leaving I asked for his name. The no named Doctor stated he wouldn't give me his name and told me if I did not leave he would call the police. Meanwhile I had supposed prescriptions for flu symptoms being called in. I refused to leave the office manager stated she did not know his name either but would not be calling the police like she had been told to several times prior. Instead the office manager called a manager off site and was able to obtain the Doctors name and the issue is now under investigation. I have been going to this urgent care office for years and HAVE NEVER had an experience so traumatic in my life. Beware of this office!

Update****** my son was told that he did not have the flu at this office. We took him ti childrens hospital where he was diagnosed with the flu. What a waste of time and insurance money. I wonder if we had been seen by a real doctor now. Im so disappointed
