I had called earlier on this evening asking about roses because I wanted to surprise my girlfriend. I did not know they only did delivery and I was looking for pick up. But the reason I'm rating this as a 1 star is because I just got a phone call from the stores number and when I answered it was just dead air with people talking in weird voices. I don't really know what to make of this.

Beautiful arrangement of flowers, Ive ordered and not only it was delivered on time and the person I sent it to called me right away and said the arrangement where so pretty and she sent me a picture and OH ITS SO GORGEOUS. Got my recommendations to all my friends

Nobody does it better than Flowers and Gift Galore. You can't find any good flowers arrangement in Warren, MI other than here...i salute you and two thumbs...keep it up!!!

This is the best place to get flowers from. I bought flowers at other shops including big chains and nothing stands up to the quality of flowers and workmanship to this place. For such high quality of flowers it is actually well priced. And these flowers last a long time. Additionally, their service is outstanding. They put together nice big beautiful bouquets, mix and match off the shelf bouquets, and they never say no. Last, the owner is very nice and she can make it happen for you any design you requested...

I LOVE Flowers and Gift Galore!! In almost 10 years they have never let me down for corporate arrangements or personal. I have given and received and their flowers are beautiful, fresh and unique. And their customer service is impeccable. Keep up the good work....

I love this flower shop! It's not the closest flower place to where I live, and yet I'll drove the extra miles because their stuff is so nice. For Thanksgiving this year they were making these little pumpkin centerpieces filled with sunflowers and fall leaves. I bought one for my wife and she loved it.

I particularly love all the stuff they have on display outside of the store. Because they're on a corner, they've got lots of room to spread out their wares. In the spring, the smell of the flowers would actually make me smile, right now they're making wreaths our of ceder and pine stems. Every time I walk by it reminds me the Christmas is coming!

I have to say, I never thought finding a florist in Warren, Michigan could be so easy.

Google certainly led the way, but it was Flowers and Gift Galore well-crafted, easy-to-navigate site that sold me. They offered a wide array of lovely, unique arrangements that are reasonably priced, and their customer service is great. Despite the online ordering system stating one has call for a same-day delivery, they were able to accommodate me via email and assured me my flowers would reach my sister- and brother-in-law today.

All in all, I am thrilled! Can't wait to stop when I finally make it to Warren, Michigan!

I walked in to get a bouquet of flowers for my lady friend for a birthday. I found about them as one of the best florists listed by blog.to website.



I wasn't sure they would have what I wanted because their website contains many 'pre-made' bouquets to be ordered by phone.



However as I walked in, the florist nice lady was really helpful in helping me pick a 'rustic' bouquet within my budget. He wrapped it well, and the flowers lasted almost two weeks (that's one happy lady friend).

I recently had a very sudden death in my family my trust in this flower shop well we were blown away with the amount of professionalism and compassion this flowerist demonstrated. Not only were the flowers exactly what we ordered but they were so amazingly fresh and handled with care and passion. On behalf of my family we would like to say thank you for taking the time and making a never the less difficult time, easy and for capturing our Father's memory. Just wanted to let you know about a new find, on Ryan Rd, Warren MI and 12 Miles. Great flowers and some really eye catching floral arrangement Anyway the prices fair considering what they have. You have to see and try to believe it.

Received a beautiful arrangement of flowers from this shop a month ago and was so excited and called them to say "thanks" the owner was so nicew and very generous to give me a $10.00 gifts certificate to be applied to anything i will buy in the future, last week I went to their shop and ordered a funeral arrangement for my friend and I was so happy because I received a lot of compliments with the unique arrangement they made for my friends funeral. I will certainly use them more and recommend them to anyone I know. Great shop............ Thank you so much for everything.....

Worst place ever! The owner is the rudest person when they screw up , my boyfriend sent me flowers using 800 flowers and they accepted the flowers agreeing to have them delivered before i got off work at 1pm when they arrived they came dead! Roses all had black tips, the stargazers where so brown and old they were all bent backwards and the mums were brown on the bottoms plus they have me a bear that had the name of ashley stitched into the bear, my boyfriend and i called and were about to tell her about the dead flowers and she told us she didn't care and to stop talking! Wow! She told me to bring this huge dead arrangement to work and they would redeliver and they never did the next day after i drove this huge vase into work! I called her a second time and never once did she say she was sorry hung up on me twice and said i don't want to deal with this order yelling! This lady ruined my flowers and i am not sure how she can own a flower shop! Do not use this shop !!!!

I called to see if they kept yellow mini carnations in stock. The person on the phone gave me a price & ask me to call the following week to make sure they would have the flowers when I needed them. I called the following week & this person told me the other person I talked to didn't know what she was talking about & the price was doubled. I would never purchase anything from this florist.
