Very unprofessional. They are money hungry. All of my friends that rented the hall for there wedding was a disaster. I attended my friends weddings there and they all went through hell with that damn secretary. Customer service is horrible. The servers are very unprofessional, management is unprofessional. Please take your money somewhere else. As you can see from other users that are writing the reviews this place is garbage. I encourage everyone to go else where for any event bookings.

Heads up to all couples who are looking for a wedding hall: Do not, I repeat, DO NOT BOOK BELLAGIO BANQUET HALL (1400 E 14 Mile Road in Warren, MI) FOR YOUR WEDDING! It was a complete nightmare, from having an unprofessional secretary scream at you to being threatened to cancel your wedding if you disagree with their service. Long story short, the hall didn't have 60 tables and 600 chairs set up in the morning as stated in the contract because they had a party the previous night and their workers went home at 6 am and couldn't wake up for my wedding.......sounds like a personal problem to me, yet there was no accountability. Instead of apologizing to my family and friends who mopped the entire hall and set everything up by themselves from 9 am-2 pm, the secretary who strolled in at 3 pm decided to make fun that it took my family and friends 5 hours to set up a hall smh When I informed her that I will be subtracting a few hundred dollars from the total because their labor didn't do their job, she demanded the full money or there will be no hall for my wedding. Lord bless my friends who pulled me away from slapping her. I was finally promised a meager $200 refund, which I never got. Mind you, the hall itself was in the thousands. We paid for over 10 waiters yet, we only saw less than 5 during the wedding. Thanks for pocketing my money, Bellagio. If you want waste thousands on a hall with horrible service, book Bellagio. Otherwise, I strongly advise never to work with Bellagio. The entire staff, from management to the waiters, will destroy your beautiful moment. I never write reviews but this one was needed. This was not the only time Bellagio screwed over their client. Brides and grooms: Don't book Bellagio. You'll thank me later. Please let all the single people know

My review for this Banquet Hall.

I am not happy with their waitress I'm not happy with their management I'm not happy with the way they deal with the customer. they were very not professional .one of the problem that we had at my son's engagement party that we did there they did not pass cake for all people and when they pass the cake for some tables it was not our cake they change my son's engagement cake they gave us somebody else's cake and the problem is they never said sorry .plus a lot of promising that did not happen .My recommendation and my review is 000 and if any smart person in this world do not do any event there they are not good. We were very upset with them

I was very embarrassed from the service my guest had to put with. Please avoid.

Best place and really good service with great food

This place was okay with some exceptions:

1-The Owners are there for girls all the time they on the lookout for pretty girls. We called them up and they asked us "Are there guys with you"? Why would anyone ask us that unless they dislike having guys around there. If anyone else experiences this email me and we can get a lawsuit for millions of dollars.

2-The owner/bodyguard there are stupid. They are just way to hard going and will cause trouble for you. Even if you are having fun they will come at you..way to strict.

3-The food there is bad I don't know who the chef is but the quality is old. They dumb old material left out from previous night and hand it out to people.

4-Well you will see for yourself when you go there. I myself will never go here. I have been there for a couple of times and we know the owners. The only reason people go there is because of the location and lack of activities.

I had a simple graduation dinner at the Bellagio Banquet Hall and although, the food was good, the service was very very poor. They only had two people serving everything for 80 people. They couldn't keep up. I was very embarrassed from the service my guest had to put with. Please avoid.

Please let this be a WARNING!!! DO NOT EVER, EVER RENT THIS HALL!!! I had to put in a STAR in order to get my review posted, if that wasn't the case, this place will receive NOTHING!

The owners (especially the DAUGHTER), has no respect for anyone. This was suppose to be a happy time for everyone and it turned out to be the most horrible moment of our lives. I wish I've never have met these people! They guaranteed that everything will be great, but that was before we put half the deposit down. From there on, they never did anything what they said would, we had to do everything ourselves at the last moment! The DAUGHTER still had to nerve to scream at us for not doing their own part of setting up the tables and chairs, after we asked them again and again! I feel pity for anyone who will be renting this place! Please, let our lesson be learned!
