This is the worst the customer service I have ever experienced.

When my washer/Dryer unit was delivered on 12/11/14 they did not have the correct electrical cord for the unit. I was told some one would be back out that day with the cord and do the installation. No one showed up and no phone call. I called the next day, and was told some one would be out that day and I would get a call as to the time, yep you guessed it no call no show. So basically every day for now 5 days someone was suppose to be coming out with the correct cord, but no phone call and, no show, and when I call it's the same story. Of course I was told the same thing just now. I am pretty sure I will have to buy my own cord and duct work and pay someone dependable to do the installation. That will however void the warranty. Turns out I didn't get such a great deal after all. They delivered a unit with missing parts. Makes me wonder if it even works.

I have to say they offer good deals but the customer service is below poor. No one takes messages. No one returns calls. You have to keep calling and calling and speaking with different employees before you speak with some who is competent enough to assist you. I even had an incident where a repair tech was scheduled to come out and repair a stove i bought and he no called/no showed.
