Visited this store out on NW Expressway. There were male reps who appeared to milling around or talking to other reps. I was pretty much ignored. There were 3 other customers in the store who were being helped. While the store is large and not overly populated with stock, I found it difficult to believe that the reps who were walking around me to help the men in store couldn't find the time to give me the service I needed. I walked out of the store and went to another bike shop. I told them about the lack of service I got at Bike One and they said that they have gained a lot of customers due to their lack of customer service abilities. I will definitely be telling my girlfriends about them. Word of mouth is worth a lot of $$$. Hope they change their ways but for me, it is toooooo late.

Budget Bicycles is actually Bike One. The name changed in 1996!
