5-16-08..I am a new customer who was referred to this business for problems I am having - I believe it is the water pump. I left a message with the secretary on thurs morning and was told I would get a call in the afternoon. After not hearing back from them, I called again early Friday morning and was told DJ was in a meeting and would return calls in the afternoon. At 4:30 pm, I called again and was told he was gone for the day - still no call to me. I was basically told that they perform services nationwide and so sorry they didn't have time to call me back since they probably did not even install my well. So, now it is Friday afternoon and I am still having problems with my well/pump and have no idea where to seek advice. I thought I was calling the professionals - WRONG. I DO NOT recommend this company at all.
