No I am not the owner, or an employee or their fishing buddy; I am a regular customer. Westbury's should be a mandatory case study for retail small business owners and employees. Unlike "big-box" stores and many small hardware / home improvements store, you never have to search for someone to help you and they know their products. I have often gone in with a list for certain hardware to fix a problem and had an employee suggest a easier and cheaper solution. They don't make their profit by "upselling" or pressure sales tactics, rather from repeat customers and recommendations.
