okay, so I’m not the type of girl to complain about anything. but my nails were not the best I’ve ever seen, but that’s on me bc I didn’t say anything. although they weren’t the best, I still felt bad and gave her a good tip. so my total came out to $55 and that’s a little already on the pricey side. but I decided to be nice and give her a $10 tip usually I do $5 but I wanted to be nice. which then my total came out to $65, which again a little pricey but that’s fine. I then checked my banking account and notice my card was charged $78. and I used card when I paid, still have the recipe. this is not okay, the nails aren’t even great and for $80 they should be amazing. very unsatisfied.

Got my nails done there and the gel came up over my cuticles, nails were misshapen and bumpy and the nail tech cut my cuticle to point that it started bleeding. Returned soon after to get them fixed and they proceeded to tell me "they were the best in the Lehigh valley" and I shouldn't come back and to try the place across the street. Nice thing to say to a paying customer. Needless to say I won't be going back and I'll make sure to tell family and friends to avoid them as well.

Got a pedicure and my friend got a manicure, ATM inside did not work and woman asked for tip BEFORE she was even done with our nails!!! Did a great job on my pedicure but staff was very rude.

Had my nails done & had too tell her there were high spots.
