Julie was awesome (the home-buying experience is stressful) and with the current changes even more so. Julie really really made it so easy for me; she definitely knew the ins and outs of the process, made sure I was well-informed on the whys and the hows of the process and the response time was remarkable, she always responded to my e-mails and calls promptly. She was very upfront about potential issues and provided support and guidance on mitigation. I felt that she did everything within her power to make sure I had a successful purchase experience and I feel very lucky and grateful that I had Julie as my loan officer. I doubt if any other loan officer would have provided the same level of service as she has :-) Clone her!
