After a lousy experience ten years ago I tried these people instead to handle my closing details for my new condo. It went much better than last time. Not sure if that�s because it�s all easier now these days or these people are just good at what they do. Either way I was happy.

Give these guys a call. They really treated us well from the moment we called to book the appointment. After that we'd just show up at their office and it was fine. They are nice friendly folks who work well together and seem to like the work they do. Hard to believe since it sure isn't for me but good to know they like it.

No closing costs for this guy. How did that happen? I got a loan where the lender paid those costs. This isn�t relevant here but just wanted to mention that�s possible. Anyway, this company was great and did everything I needed them to do.

Competitive fees. Nice women. Trustworthy people, nice secretary. They get you in and out of there. What else is there to say? They�re good at their job.

With a host of tight deadlines during this process, this group didn�t flinch in accommodating me which I found generous and very helpful. They�re so well organized. Also very friendly, great bunch.

The professional staff at this company has made our house purchasing experience as painless as it gets. Have you pen ready and sign away friends!

These folks made the daunting task of wheeling and dealing with finances not so bad at all. Always friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and good at keeping things calm even in the face of annoying things that arise just when the deal should be over and done with. Good to know they are on your side.

I went with (Alan) at this company to finance my new home and it has gone really smoothly. I�ve known him a long time and he seems perfectly suited for this job, a really nice upstanding guy. Answers questions, is polite, gets back to his clients. I recommend him.

All details were ironed out and away we went off to our new place.

Not many folks running this sort of business put the effort into treating you well, especially not in these pressure-cooker situations. But we were treated great right from the start with the good coffee and warm smiles. Calls were returned, emails answered. No problems on our end at all.
