Problem solved thanks to Lee! Came out immediately for service. Ran in to issues with service but he did resolve in the end.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! TV NEEDED A NEW BULB AND HE MANAGED TO BREAK THE SCREEN. We called Lee to come out and repair our tv. He came out the same day. When he got here, he said he knew what the issue was and that he needed to replace the card inside. He quoted us $350 and we agreed to the services. After about 30 minutes of working on the tv, he said that was not the issue and now needed to replace a bulb. He said it was such a large project and would need to take the tv for a few days. The next day he called my wife and stated it couldn't be repaired because it was too expensive. Lee dropped the tv off at our house only to find the screen was now cracked and it had a deep scratch on the back. He never mentioned anything of the tv being further damaged. Terrible service. All he was concerned about was trying to sell us a new tv he had. No attempt was made to fix the problem, or to remedy the damages. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REPAIRS.
