poor customer services

they need to have a long talk with maria about her attude toward customer she does not have any respect for customers she does not listen to what parts they want or does not understand people due engine swaps also she should not carry on personel conversation about what she going to due that night when they have customer waiting then tell people waiting they can just wait.
