I wish I could give this place negative stars. Terrible overall service. The owner is very friendly as previously stated. But her employees are the worst. The style looked nothing like what I showed them. This was my second time there and i will not be returning it looks like a child did it.

Beware. Owner nice but stylist are not up to par. A handful of braids fell out after a week. Went back to salon to redo, where 5 braids were put in to replace the 12 that came out. Now 2 weeks later, 2 of those came out. Will not go back. If you can't grip short hair don't say you can just to make money. Paid $200 and left disappointed.

Beni is very professional, talented and kind. Her braiders are talented as well. I went to this establishment for a beautiful, long-term protective hairstyle to make hair care easier in my last trimester of pregnancy and the style I was afforded (Senegalese twist) was all of the above. Thank you for the great customer care.

This shop should be closed. I went there to get braids done, and the price changed mid way through, the young lady was so rough with my head that I had blisters in my scalp. I ended up taking the braids out after 2days and my scalp did not heal until about month later.
