You want to do the right thing and support local businesses, but:
- Has a phone, but refuses to set up answering machine
- Phone rings during the stated hours and it's hit or miss for pick up
- Went ahead and did work on the tractor without calling me to tell me cost and opting if I wanted to refuse/move forward
- Spoke to me, then didn't call back for days or call the phone number I instructed
- charged me $25-$30 more ($65) for pick up and delivery from when he did work on it last year
- Left a message with a person, doesn't call back
Nice guy and they do good work, but horrible business sense/etiquette

took almost 2 months to fix my one blower, 3 weeks service time for another blower and when i got it back it really wasnt any different than before i took it to them. not cheap either.

Upfront honest and fair priced Hes always done the right thing for us and we go back every season. hard to find guys like him hes the best
