I won’t go anywhere else. I moved here from upstate NY in January and took a long time to find a jeweler that I could put my trust in.
In July I proposed to then my girlfriend with a beautiful ring I had purchased. Then in September we purchased our wedding bands from Wake Forest Jewelers.
Took our rings in for them to tac on the wedding band to the engagement ring and have a quarter size taken of my ring and had them back the next day.
I couldn’t imagine shopping anywhere else.

These are the nicest and most efficient people you will ever do business with. Courteous, friendly, and on-the-spot service is so nice in a "mom and pop" jeweler. They don't even charge for an adjustment to a stainless steel watch band. I offered a ten dollar bill, and it was refused. How often does that ever happen?

I went in to get a watch repaired , due to my failed attempts to change the battery myself. They were and always are very helpful. Always knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating.

My fiancé and I went here to have my grandmothers old ring reset. They went out of there way helping us find the perfect band. We must have looked at the books full of selections for over a half hour. The whole time they were running around grabbing different books, and trying to find the best band that suited what my fiancé was looking for. It was a pleasure to do business with them and would recommend them to anybody! You won't be disappointed!

No service the Lady that helped was very rude and I got the feeling that she was better than me . I wanted one thing and was pushed toward another she was not knowledgable about her product and it showed. I figure that if you were going to spend that kind of money you should at least get the most out of your buying experience. I left the store and drove a few short miles down the road to the mall and met people that wanted my money and got better service by knowledgable people.

I love Wake Forest Jewelry!! I have finally found a jewelry store where there are owners who not only know what they are doing, but will help advise me and assist me to create the jewelry I want. I totally trust Wake Forest Jewelry and their prices are totally reasonable.

I telephoned the store and before I could explain what I called about, the girl hung up the phone. When I called back to tell her I thought her behavior was rude and that I was a potential customer, she accused me of soliciting.For sure I would never recommend such a place. Most people from the South have good manners and are gentile. Unfortunately, this employee is not one with appropriate telephone etiquette.

I was first in line and ended up being last in line. I look young and "poor", so the people who came in after me got served first. I am not sensitive to this issue, but I am also not stupid. I waited WAY too long for a watch battery. They are also SUPER expensive. I would never go back.

I recently visited Wake Forest Jewelers.I had a few jewelry repairs and the owners were very nice and knowledgeable.The repairs were done the very next day and professionlly done.I was so excited I bought a beautiful diamond ring.I will definetly be back.I am glad that Wake Forest has a good jewlery store.
