Proceed cautiously

The technician was knowledgable and did a satisfactory job with our service BUT I feel that the manager/owner did not respect the customer is right philosophy and even after some discussion we paid 4X the original amount for some cleaner for our system. We will definitely go somewhere else next time we need service or need to buy a new system
