I'm Sorry that you feel that way, I (Jump 4 Joy Rentals) is definitely not a thief. Jump 4 Joy Rentals is the most affordable company on the island and has been since I first opened the business in September of 2007 renting my inflatables for only $75. Since that time, I have added on the Full-Service Concessions (Hawaiian Shave Ice, Fresh Cotton Candy, Hot Buttered Popcorn) with all supplies and attendants to serve the guests--included- party favors of cotton candy---my Simple Package is $350 which consists of Bouncer and 2 machines with all supplies and attendants. I don't remember the situation, however all of my prices are on web site, www.jump4joyrentals.com, I just don't see how I could have gave you one price and then doubled it without your changing your order. Price also makes a difference on the amount of guests. My basic package is for 200 guests, if you have only 100 guests, I will customize the package for you, and give the customer a cheaper price, because I do not use as much supplies. However if you have 300 Guests then I suggest you get the party package for 200 then add an additional hour, (time and supplies for xtra guests) to cover. I do not charge delivery unless it is more than 20 miles away and then I charge $25 dollars delivery. I always work with my customer in trying to give them the best price possible....I apologize that you felt you didn't get priced correctly.
