They have been great to deal with and take great care of our home on the months when we are back at the states. Living here 6 months out of the year works great for us and thats because we have a great company seeing to things!

These folks found me a great rental while my home closed in Oahu. I was glad they could accommodate me with a nice place and a short term lease. I was happy there and pleased that it was so well maintained. In three months there were no problems.

It has been a blessing to have Home Managers handling our rental property. We were unable to take care of a situation with a tenant because we were in Colorado, but thanks to them the problem was taken care of. Everything was handled, from the eviction to repairs and cleaning to getting some great new tenants living there. The whole process was completely painless. They have really good maintenance crews too. Very pleased with them. We are fortunate to have Home Managers taking care of our Kihei rental property.
