These guys sell high quality products. They're free shipping isn't very prompt, so you might want to upgrade the shipping.

They had everything I needed and cheaper than auto part stores and faster than other site. The parts are top of the line also.

Usually have the parts I need and decent selection on most for price point. Could be better equipped if they had more wiring solutions, harnesses, connectors (T-terminals).

You can't always expect quality and accuracy with low prices, but ECS does it well. They offer a range of parts, from OE to budget, and even indicate which aftermarket parts are of higher quality. I like the options they offer, prices are great, and website is easy to navigate.

They carry a ton of parts that are hard to find or hard to afford at other sites.

My score this time, a NOS shift knob for my 95 325i. Nothing like popping on a new part on the car and enjoying it.

Order 3 times from them and got really slow shipping and one order came with wrong bolts. For the price they charge and putting wrong stuff inside. Also when I called first time and informed them that I still didn’t received item they say it was not in stock but there website say it they had it in stock. Guy told me I will give 20% off on your next order. I called back they guy act like he doesn’t know what I am talking about but I order anyways and it took almost 4 weeks to get it. Not best shipping and customer service. Product was good. I will try to avoid buying from them.
