Phil's is the type of place that you just keep coming back to. The staff is really great & they don't overwhelm you like some restaurants that I've been to but they also don't forget about you. I've stopped by after work for happy hour and also rallied up the troops to hang for a few hours. Mary has been there forever - and always comes over to say hi. In fact, she remembered us the second time we ever went. The food isn't the greatest but it has never disappointed.
