I took my PC in to have a virus removed. I was quoted a price of $97.
My PC was returned to me the next day and besides all of the malware that had been added to my PC(without my consent) the virus was still present.
I called PCT and was instructed to return it and they would look at it.
The following day it was returned to me and I was told there was no virus. The young men who waited on me were defensive about me bringing it back and not in a helpful mood at all, speaking to me as if I did not know what I was talking about.
When I got it home it still had the virus, so I took a picture of my screen with the virus on it and called them back.
I called twice.
I received no return call.
I then took my PC to a competitor and they removed the virus.
When I stopped payment on the check to PCT they reported me to Waco PD.
I should be reporting them for stealing and lying to customers
and posing as an honest business.
The behavior exhibited is not Christian and they are misleading the public on that one.
The employees are not helpful and do not communicate effectively.
BEWARE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE
This gentleman should have simply communicated his dissatisfaction rather than simply stealing his money back by stopping his check, no different than if he'd reached into the register and grabbed the cash. If for whatever reason he couldn't reach us by phone, a simple email or just stopping by probably would have gotten him a refund if he'd asked for it (he didn't), even if wasn't warranted, and this wasn't. As far as the "malware" we supposedly added, not only is that assertion untrue, it's childish to even make such a ridiculous claim. We've been in business many years, and while we're not perfect (even though we try to be), our reputation of honesty speaks for itself. These falsehoods he claims here are simply an attempt at revenge since we turned him in to the authorities for his theft.

Provided by YP.comDon't pay any attention to JohnS2020 "review" . If you look at his other reviews they're all the same for every business he/she "reviews", and he obviously has never done business with the Christian gentlemen at PC Tech. Honest advice, always courteous, and excellent work.
