I have never had bad service coming here. I have gone to other places but keep coming back here! They do such a great job!! Recommend for everyone young, old, male, female and the place looks awesome!

WORST manicure of my life. The woman insulted me and harassed me about getting more services as soon as I walked in. She did not even clean her station before she started mine so there were nail clippings and old towels under my hands. She then proceeded to insult my eyebrows trying to get me to get waxing while clipping my cuticles and nails so deeply as to draw blood then covered my hands with acetone. OW. She didn't wash the scrub off my hands, and then polished them all within about 10 minutes. She never said another word to me. As my nails dried, the polish began to bubble. I asked her to fix it and she applied a top coat again so I wouldn't see the bubbles and I left. They reappeared immediately after I walked out the door. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Would never recommend.

I had been here before a year ago and had no problems. Last time I went it was the worst nail experience of my life (and I have my nails done often). The man that did it did fine job on my feet (nothing special). He did an awful job on my hands. My cuticles are bad, he filed my nails jagged, and he almost spilled hot water in my lap. To top the whole experience off, when he was doing my shellac he set the timer and went outside to smoke before finishing. I take good care of my nails and my shellac has already started separating from my nails after 3 days (my normally lasts 2+ weeks). Bottom line: waist of time and money. I am NEVER going back.

My daughter and I had nails done, Luxor pedicures, and waxes today. The service was prompt and friendly and service was fantastic. I recommend this business to all of my friends and family. There are many nail salons in the area, but this is the best experience that I have had in the 20+ years that I have lived here.
