I took a power washer there for repair. They kept me in touch when they diagnosed the problem, and when the part was ordered. It took a few days, but nothing longer than what I would have expected. Owners Debbie and Billy were very nice, with Billy giving advice on how not to ruin it again. Along with front-counter help from Jackie, I was pleased with their service.

Dropped a mower under warranty off over 2 months ago. One month ago was told there was 3 units ahead of mine. Another month later it had still yet to be touched. I guess they can only fix one unit per month.....

These reviews are all accurate. I should have known better.

Warranty thr tractor supply sent me to them, claim filed 5/2 they were suppose to call to set an appt but they never did.. I called several times with no return call.Called tractor supply & asked for another company but they sent email & I finally got a call from Lugwig Saw & tools in Waco. 5/7 they came out ,picked up my mower & this is where it starts. Week 1,called them & they state they haven't had a chance to look at my mower ,three weeks & now I'm doing another follow up.. Blade switch needs to be replaced , I say ok. They've ordered it and wait a few days.Now a month has passed I call to follow up NA for 3 days ,tractor supply calls & NA, 4 days later & they say they've had phone issues & still haven't worked on my lawnmower. 6 weeks now & I got call, bring mower on 6/17.That day comes & no mower so I call & they give me another excuse & tell me it should be Monday now.. So today 6/20, mower back with 3 cuts in my seating and they are claiming no responsibility for the damages.

If you're considering this place for Ryobi service, look elsewhere. They had my tools for 8 weeks just to replace a battery under warranty. They lied to me twice telling me it had shipped on a Monday, but the USPS didn't receive the package until the following Wednesday.



I complained to Ryobi and they basically defended them. No more Ryobi tools or Ludwig Saw and Tool in my future.

Very overpriced highly recommend buying from another seller perferabbly online tried to sell me a small belt for 40$ found the belt for 15$ online

THIS PLACE REALY SUCKS...DONT GO THERE FOR ANYTHING. EVERY THING IS OVER PRICED AND WHEN YOU WANT SOMETHING FIXED THAT REALY OVER PRICE AND SAY ITS ALL YOUR FAULT. DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE BY GOING THERE, STAY AWAY AT ALL COST.
