If I could give them 0 stars I would. My story is similar to the one below. My daughter who attends Baylor cracked her iPhone 5S case. They charged us $194 to repair the phone and two days later it cracked again. This time falling 1 foot on to carpet. They offered to fix it again for $100. I refused and am thinking about suing. Very poor craftmanship. They never fixed the phone in the first place. And they are liars. Go somewhere else please. We went to a competitor who told us they hear lots of complaints about this establishment and they fixed it for $10.00.

Horrible. Do NOT come here.

This "business" is awful. They do not use glass to repair their products. I broke the digitizer on my iPad and needed a replacement. They crappily put a plastic screen with a VISIBLE digitizer on that didn't even reach the edges of the device, there was even white fuzz sticking out of the device, suggesting it was not "repaired" in a clean environment. I came in the next day to ask about getting it repaired properly. I was told the owner would contact me shortly. Over the next MONTH I went back at least 4 times requesting that the owner contact me to at least discuss the device. He never did. After over a month, he finally told his secretary that I could either pay them to "fix" the device again, or get a free case (but only the cheap cases). This owner never contacted me, or saw the device (only low resolution photos that the secretary took). As an iOS developer, I will be sure to share my story with everyone who needs mobile repair services so that no one I know will get screwed over like I did.

Worst service I've had from any business ever (including fast food restaurants)

The short review is that this place will tell you 72 hours and then keep your product for 3 weeks without notice, and THEN charge you full price for a finished product that is in worse shape (I.e. broken) than when you brought it in. Let me mention that they don't tell you it's broken. They let you find this out on your own and then try to make excuses after the fact. For more details read below....

I brought my iPad for a simple screen repair. I was told that it would be repaired in 72 hours and that they would call me. Well, two weeks later I still hadn't heard from them. I called to ask what the status was and they told me it would be a couple more days. After another week I called again. At this point it was as if they had forgotten about it altogether as they had to ask me what I brought in. They then told me they would call me by 4:30 pm that same day. Well, surprise surprise. No phone call. I called them back and still not finished. Finally they call me back the next day to tell me it was repaired and ready for pickup. So I go to pick it up. I check out and she apologizes for taking so long. I, of course, say that's okay. No big deal. I'm just glad to have the iPad back. Well, I try to use it and it doesn't even work. At this point I'm very upset. I go back to find out what the deal is and I get told by the lady that "what some people don't know is that there are wires and stuff on the inside that gets broken when the glass breaks". Look, lady, I'm not a moron. I know there is more to the iPad than just a plate of glass. But, what apparently you don't know is that if you are going to claim that this happened before I brought it in there (everything was fully functional when I brought it in by the way), and also claim that this happens so often, then you should warn me of this beforehand. Also, you were well aware that it didn't work and you still gave it back to me, charged me full price, and did not mention once that it didn't work anymore. When I go back you tell me you aren't authorized to give refunds? Then what is your job? To wear scrubs and look like an idiot? Anyway, it was obvious that the glass was put on the iPad by a complete amateur. There were clear gaps between the glass and the rest of the iPad to where I could see into the iPad itself. I ended up still having to pay 50 dollars for the materials even though my iPad is worse now than it was before. What's funny is that they told me my "wires and stuff" were broken and it wasn't their horrible repair job that was the problem. If that was the case, I wouldn't be able to push the glass down and have the iPad function until the terrible repair job falls apart again. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!!! They show no respect to their customers. I don't know the first thing about any of the other Apple repair places, but they can't possibly be as atrocious as this place.
