My experience with Expert Lawn Care at first was awesome! They mowed my lawn for a whole year at a reasonable price and I could only afford twice a month so as December rolled around money for me was so tight as we all come to that situation because its just life, anyways I got one bill in December I couldn't pay and one more in January 2014 I couldn't pay and then no more bill from them in the mail unless they got lost before I got them. Well I finally paid them in May and they said they would mow my yard, this is just basic lawn care nothing else btw, Well I kept having to call them because they "said" they would mow my lawn well I kept calling and finally got a hold of the manager and he had the impression that it was already mowed obviously not! I had been getting threats from the city cause of how high my grass was! Now I see what the circumstances are when it comes to money but when you don't have it at the time or something happens and you just don't have it its just life unfortunately. But that being said I had recently called and they will no longer mow my yard they got there money I guess that's just how they do business but for a whole year I paid them every time. and the office lady was always even from the beginning very short and rude with me. I don't recommend this lawn service unless something in your life happens and you cant pay them they wont or most likely wont service your lawn if you have one hiccup in life.
